About Us
History
Located in the heart of Hale County, Texas; Hale Center EMS has been providing emergency medical service for Hale Center and 200 sq miles of surrounding rural area since 1974.
Governed by a Board of Directors, we are a 501(c)3 non profit organization, funded by private donations, as well as financial assistance from the City of Hale Center and Hale County. With rising costs and dwindling Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements, private donations are necessary for us to maintain our equipment and staff. We are so grateful for the wonderful support we receive from businesses and individuals. Thank you!
